The Office of Human Resources manages the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of all employees in the Needham Public Schools. Our mission is to provide services to school employees to promote a positive and healthy work environment for all staff. We are committed to the personal and professional growth of all employees.
In support of our employees, this office also manages benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, retirement, employee assistance program, and tax-sheltered annuities.
The Director of Human Resources supervises the staff development program and the mentoring program for teachers in the Needham Public Schools.
Job Fair Announcement: The Greater Boston School Human Resources Network proudly sponsors its third annual job fair for teachers of color on Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, held at the Broadmeadow Elementary School in Needham. Member districts include Acton, Acton-Boxboro, Belmont, Brookline, Concord, Concord-Carlisle, Lexington, Needham, Newton, Wayland, Wellesley and Weston.
