Student Registration

Welcome to Needham Public Schools. We have implemented a new online registration system to make the process smoother and easier for all involved. Whether you have just moved to Needham, re-enrolling in the district, or transitioning from a private school we look forward to working with you, your child, and your family to make the experience a successful one.

Elementary, Middle, and High School

Step One:

You will need the following documents before scheduling an appointment with our District Enrollment office:

Proof of Residency - current tax bill, lease, or signed P&S and a current utility bill
Original birth certificate or passport
Student Record Release Form (print and complete)
Health History form (print and complete) and bring a copy of the most recent immunization record & physical examination
Home Language Survey (print and complete)
Proof of grade level – last report card, progress report or school records
MCAS if applicable
Custody papers (if relevant)
Copy of IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)

Step Three:

Please call and/or visit the school designated at enrollment to receive new student information and school nurse to review your child's health record.
