Whether you have just moved to Needham, re-enrolling in the district, or transitioning from a private school we look forward to working with you, your child, and your family to make the experience a successful one.

Step One of Four:
You will need to bring the following paperwork with you to your scheduled appointment with our District Enrollment Office...
Owners: real estate tax bill, or town water/sewer bill, or signed P&S.
Renters: lease and utility bill.
- Submit a copy of the most recent immunization record/physical examination.

Once registration is complete, please call and/or visit the school designated at enrollment to receive new student information and to contact the school nurse to review your child's health record.
All students requesting transportation must register for a bus pass. Below are applications that can be printed, filled out, and submitted to the Transportation Department located at 1330 Highland Ave. Needham
