Hi Everyone! As we head into summer vacation, I would like to provide you with a few reminders: All medications must be picked up from each Health Office by a responsible adult by the end of school on the last day of school (June 18).  Any medication that is not claimed will be destroyed. It's not too early to pick up any medication authorization forms that will be needed for next school year; you can find these forms on this website or in the Health Offices. If your child sees a healthcare provider over the summer, please obtain any necessary forms and signatures at that time; this includes physicals, immunization records, Emergency Action Plans, Seizure Action Plans, and Asthma Action Plans to name a few.  Getting forms and signatures at that time will make the transition back to school quicker, easier, and more efficient!!! Have a great time in the sun but don't forget the sunscreen and sun protective clothing! Don't forget to check for ticks and take protective measures to avoid exposure! I hope you and your family has a wonderful and healthy summer; it has been our pleasure to work with your students this year and we look forward to seeing you soon!

We are beginning to see some cases of gastrointestinal illnesses, respiratory viruses, and some cases of flu in our schools. The main way to prevent the spread of illnesses is proper HANDWASHING! Please encourage your students (older and younger!!) to wash their hands frequently, cough and/or sneeze into their elbows or a tissue, not to put their hands into large community snacks, and maintain their personal space.  Please refer to the "Health Services" Page of this website for information on when to keep your child home.  Please keep your students home until they are fever free for 24 hours off of all fever reducing medication, have had no vomiting and/or diarrhea for 24 hours, and are able to eat and hydrate normally. Stay well and have a safe and healthy vacation!
